FALINE, a female fronted four piece band from Charleston SC, started as a much more somber and delicate outlet for singer/songwriter Jenna Faline Ave-Lallemant. Their songs span everywhere from soft feminine perspectives to loud, heavy, and unabashedly raw melodies.

Heavily driven by lyrics, FALINE’s songs give a nod of influential recognition to that quintessential alternative rock sound akin to classics such as The Breeders, Pixies, Guided by Voices, The Cranberries, and the like. Their self-titled first album, recorded at a home studio in 2014, showcases the vulnerable viewpoint that first existed before its inevitable growth spurt into the more powerful, self-assured and almost vindictive attitude that characterizes their current sound.

Built on distorted guitars, fuzzed out bass, and strong female vocals, their second full length album–– Ave L’Alemand–- is in its final stages of completion and will be released following a FALL 2021 tour throughout the southeast opening for Band of Horses.
